I've been saving the last two episodes of BSG, "The Hub" and "Revelations", for just the right time. I figured New Year's Eve was that time and it was a perfect way to ring out 2008. The end of "The Hub" was awesome but all of "Revelations" was excellent! And how great is it that the two guys who wrote it are now writing for CSI?

So far 2009 is looking pretty good. Woke up yesterday morning to find Tucker had done his stealth snuggle. What's the stealth snuggle? It's when he gets up on the end of the bed and very slowly crawls up the bed until his head is resting on my arm and he's curled up next to me. He does this because when he was a kitten, he wasn't allowed on the bed due to his poo issues. He still thinks he's not allowed so he does the stealth thing. The other two cats were also on the bed so it was a happy beginning to have everyone together. Also yesterday I found out that one of my most favorite writers is still working on her two Brass fics, the Caps beat Tampa Bay, I got a call from a friend I haven't heard from in ages, and I got to see Brass looking haaawwwtt in "For Warrick".

Although I had to look at some revenue and fee numbers this morning, I'm not officially back to work until Monday and I'm dreading it already. So I decided to use my Elizabeth Arden gift certificate from Xmas last year and scheduled a facial for Sunday. I didn't know they had Sunday appointments. Maybe now I'll use my gift certificate from Xmas this year a lot sooner.

So I don't really know that I would call these resolutions. Some are more like goals that I need to set for myself in order to get anything accomplished. What can I say? I need lists.
