We're having Edy's Hollywood Cheesecake--the slow-churned stuff with 1/3 less fat and not a whole lot of sugar. It's got cheesecake-flavored ice cream and strawberry swirl and graham cracker crust. It's yummy!

I don't eat a lot of ice cream (I don't count the Mango Gelato I had every day at the Bellagio) so it really is in honor of your birthday that I'm having this.

I hope you got ice cream. And cake. Birthdays should be all about food.
