Yes, I thought of you,

I'm foreign and knowledgeable, thank you very much! I also owe my 84% to a childhood filled with The Avengers, Monty Python, Benny Hill, Secret Agent, The Prisoner, and Lord Peter Wimsey.
Brush with British greatness: I once ran into John Cleese at a store in the Upper Village in Montecito. He's really, really tall and I am not.

You are 84% English.
You are either native and stupid, or you are foreign and knowledgeable.
"And did those feet
In ancient times,
Walk upon England's mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
In England's pleasant pastures seen?"
Well, no, but it's a cracking good tune.
How English are you?

Date: 2006-11-05 03:49 pm (UTC)I've never had a brush with British greatness, except for meeting the Queen and Phillip at some school thing as a kid. He talked to me and referred to Prince Charles as "Charlie". I would have much rather met John Cleese. No, scratch that, Terry Jones.
