bunchofgrapesJust about a year ago I got my first cortisone shot in my right elbow and started physical therapy. Three and a half months later, I got a second cortisone shot, started physical therapy again. A month and a half later I had surgery.
Today I got my first cortisone shot in my right shoulder and I start physical therapy...
ETA: Oh and cortisone shots? They hurt like hell!
