You might also try Vitamin E (foods rich in it like spinach, not the supplement) and soy milk for hot flashes. That comes from Dr. Oz. If you don't like soy milk on its own, it's really good in smoothies. I haven't had hot flashes yet but I've had night sweats and those were pretty bad. Not looking forward to the other.
