So it's Thursday night and CSI is back with a new season. You know what this means...



Except that there wasn't a whole helluva lot of Brass so you're going to get some other stuff thrown in. Stuff like "I wish my eyebrows were as sculpted as Nick's". Seriously, he has girl brows. And dude is looking every bit of his 42 years but I have to admit to liking the way he's aging.

Very bummed that PG had to shave his hair. After seeing his bushy summer hair, I now know it's not him. At least it's not quite the buzz cut he had last season.

I'm just not really feeling the love for this season. I think it's mostly because there's been so much in the news and none of it mentions Brass. Plus, I'm sure they'll drop the whole friendship thing that Brass and Catherine had back at the end of S9.

I liked Greg when he was in the lab. I can't stand Greg now. Actually, I haven't liked him since S6, when he whined to Grissom about having to tag the car chase. I hated his whiny ass-ness tonight. Did like Nick telling him to basically suck it up.

PG really does look good. The man looks slim and trim and tan. And he must be wearing blue contacts too because at one point, his eyes were very, very blue. Definitely not his regular shade of blue.

Brass is holding the flashlight for dead guy in the lab. I'm sure that's him being all fatherly for his daughter-figure Sara who he said not one word to. But the affection is there people! Brass has totally tossed aside the daughter he pictures singing a little song while she colors for Sara. Brass secretly pictures Sara singing a little song and coloring too.

I've come to the realize that fan fiction has made me not like Sara.

On a different note, Vega was on The Mentalist.

I was sorry not to see more Brass and I wasn't too fond of Greg being whiney either.

I do hope they go back to the Brass/Catherine friendship thing.

And I agree with losingntrnslatn, I liked how he was with the boyfriend.

I'm not holding my breath about the friendship thing. The writers have a habit of completely forgetting where they left off, especially when it's Brass.
