So I have strep (no doubt thanks to the hacking woman on the flight to Vegas) and have been home since Monday. Today the antibiotics finally kicked in and my massively sore throat has subsided--yay! I got back from Vegas on Wednesday afternoon and had to do some work that evening. Thursday and Friday were also hectic so I never got to the store before I became a disease-riddled couch slug. Between hacking up a lung, thinking I must have swallowed a knife, and wondering how one nose could produce so much snot, I got this bright idea to order groceries from Peapod. This is awesome! The only downside is that I wouldn't get my stuff until the next day but I had them deliver between 8am and 10am and they were here around 8:30. There's a delivery charge plus giving the guy a tip but to be able to buy groceries without having to go to the store and have some guy actually bring them to your door? Priceless!
Speaking of Vegas, I've been trying to type up a massive trip post but haven't finished it yet. I might get to it before the end of the year.
On the plus side, I did find this pic of PG at the WGA strike yesterday. Love the sunglasses!

Oh, and apparently, Paul was giving out chocolate chip cookies yesterday.
