Yay, cake!

It's several minutes into September 11th now and even though the date is remembered for one of the worst attacks on American soil, it was first significant as the day my good friend, Nancy, was born. Even though there are a few years between us and we don't remotely share the same birthday, I swear we were separated at birth. Except for that golf thing, I've never met anyone so much like me. And that's a pretty scary thing.

So, Happy Birthday, N. I hope the G-Man and the furkids have something special planned and it involves chocolate.

8:46am--when the world changed.

I heard just recently that nearly every person who was old enough to remember will recall where they were and what they were doing on 9/11/01. I don't know about the rest of you but it's definitely true for me.
