Yay for LJ Support!
Jan. 29th, 2006 08:27 pmI can finally login to my journal. Not that I ever have much to say but sheesh, here I am, wanting to stare at the big empty box, hoping I'll get inspired to write something thoroughly dramatic and insightful and all I got was page source. Not pretty. And just cause they were so cool about solving the problem, I might just have to finally get a paid account. I've been waiting to see if I was really going to use this thing but I'm starting to have some fun with it. Now if I could just figure out how to so all those cool things that others do...
I have this cat, Emma (I actually have three of the little hairballs but the other two are 2 1/2). Anyway, Emma's 17 1/2 and I do love her dearly but lately she just sits next to me and meows. Loudly. Very loudly. Like I said, I do love her dearly but this yowling is driving me crazy. I give her attention when I can but when she appears and yowls, it's not always convenient. But she doesn't stop. A friend has a theory that perhaps she's gone deaf and can't hear herself unless she meows very loudly. Works for old people so I guess it works for cats too. After all, I think she's approaching 90.
Last Thursday's CSI was great. I've been enjoying all of S6, even Gum Drops which was Brass-less. Normally, I don't like Brass-less episodes but that one was really good. Just don't leave my man out again, okay PTB? And don't go doing no 5 minutes of him and then he doesn't appear again like in Werewolves. Not cool. Back to Kiss-Kiss, Bye-Bye. Brass had the. best. line. ever.
LI'L CHERRY: What do I have to do to make you believe me?
BRASS: I already had my birthday.
Yeah, I'd love to give that man a birthday present. And yes, I know he's a fictional character but a girl can still dream.
And a bigass WOOT! because I'm finally inspired to write again. Today it's been the sequel to "Open Ends". Got Brass feelin' down and Annie there to give the man some comfort. Well, she might want to smack him around a little first. He's been a tad surly...
