CSI - Working Stiffs
That might have been one of the best CSI's I've seen in a long time. I really like episodes that Naren Shankar writes.
I wish Jim could have been in the great outdoors. Jim looks really good in the great outdoors. Really. Good.
Doc needs to trim that chest hair. It's trying to launch an escape from his shirt.
Every office has a Paulie. I've worked with a Paulie only his name was Lindy. He lived with his mother in the basement of her house. Yeah, we had our suspicions.
Brass has Newman's (no idea what Wayne Knight's character was called but he will always be Newman) number. Brass knows there are plenty of disgruntled employees. Brass knows Newman is an ass.
Brass is really freckled. Someone's been out in the sun. Then again, PG always comes back from the break tanned or sunburned and freckled. Check out Down the Drain from S5 and you'll see what I mean.
Melinda is thinks Jason is missing. Brass says bluntly, "He's dead". No use letting the woman worry.
Either the make-up people made everyone look oily or it was really hot while they were filming and they were sweating through the make-up. Everyone was shiny, including Brass. That would account for the sunburn.
It's all making sense now. Ray's dad was a serial killer. Because of that, Ray becomes an expert in serial killers. Ray wonders if he can also be a serial killer. And the pin with blood on it? Maybe daddy DNA?
Brass: "One working stiff makes another worker stiff". Mwahahaha!! The best part was the thing he does with his hands as he says that.
Catherine tells Jim he knows where to find her. Yes, yes, he does.
See, Brass knows how to text. I always thought he did. Brass is very hip to just about everything. Of course he knows how to text.
Is it bad that I wanted Paulie to get away? The ending was excellent. Totally did not see that coming.
Oooh, previews for next week look very good. Possibly some tension between Nick and Brass?

Not quite sure what you mean but yeah, I really liked this one. Could have been because it had a lot more Brass than I expected or because this one was backing into the crime and I liked that--although I didn't much care for "Killer", which was done the same way. I wasn't all that impressed with the first two episodes (especially the first one) and most of the past three seasons have been kind of meh for me so yeah, this was one of the first in a long time that I really liked.
FWIW though, from what I've seen on some of the boards, people either loved it or hated it.

Kind of looking foward to some possible tension next week between Jim and Nick though.
