Pulling an all-nighter tomorrow at work. There will be at least two of us, maybe three. We have four deadlines, all on Friday and this is the only way we'll get them done on time. I went on vacation without using any vacation days. It's all been comp time. Unfortunately, I really, really need to use vacation because I'm close to capping out. So yeah, nothing much has changed at work.

On the plus side, Colorado was awesome! I will post all the details and pictures once I have time--which will probably be in a year or two.

The plan is to not be there all day Friday but you know how plans go. At the very least, I hope to work from home Friday and keep my massage appointment.

Definitely dressed casual--after everyone left--and the boss brought us kabobs from Moby Dick's, which is better than pizza. Best part was startling the security guard around midnight when he made his rounds.

Funny you should mention this. On the way back home after the ride up the mountain, my dad and I were theorizing on how to commit the perfect murder on the trail to Thunder Lake. He said I should write it. I'm thinking it might be interesting if a Las Vegas cop on vacation finds the body.
