A PSA and Kitty Picspam

Today my aunt turned 7. Okay, she's really 63 and her birthday is in February but it's been seven years since her heart transplant so today is her heart birthday. Needless to say, I am an organ donor. If you're not already, please consider it. You'll be doing a great thing for someone one day and they will thank you every day of their new life.



A couple of months ago a friend sent me a very late birthday present for me. However, the cats got the real present. To a cat a box is not just a box. It's "OMG, a square thing with flaps to hide in and give us hours and hours of fun!". At least that's what they'd say if they could talk.

First it was Harry's turn while Tucker very patiently waited.


Then Tucker got his turn.


And finally, after the boys had their fun, it was Sophie's turn.

I already am and thanks for urging others to follow. My friend had cancer as a 1yr old and the ensuing chemo damaged his heart. He had a transplant at age 10. It made me realize that my dead carcass could serve some useful purpose after all. I'm happy for your aunt and will pray for her continued good health and long life.
