Yes, I believe he has done commercials. I have two demo .wav files that a friend stumbled across on the internet that are snippets of him doing various commercials, some in different voices. I have them on my iPod now.

I'm also convinced he did the voice of Captain America in a Justice League Visa commercial a couple of years ago, especially after hearing his commercial sound bites.
