Yeah, well, I hope it's worth waiting for. I was really unhappy with it a few days ago but I stuck with it and towards the end something finally clicked. So now I need to go back over it and make a few adjustments and then get it to the beta. I'm a bit happier with it now. I think.
My Yoga instructor mentioned downward facing dog for migraines once so I gave it a try and it worked. Sometimes I have to do it a few times to make it work however, mine usually run a good 24 hours and when I do DFD, it will either reduce the severity or the length. Today it reduced the severity enough that I actually managed to get to the garden place and be flirty with the Irish guy who owns it--and bears a strong resemblance to PG.
